Delivery information

  1. How will my items be posted?

All our standard UK orders are sent using the Royal Mail 2nd Class service for FREE. You also have the option for £1.99 to upgrade to Royal Mail First Class and Royal Mail Tracked 24 for £2.99.

 

  1. What is your current turnaround time? 

All orders are dispatched within 3 to 5 working days. Depending on the delivery method, orders usually arrive within 1-3 working days from confirmation of dispatch.

Please allow a few extra days for delivery from the date you receive your order dispatch confirmation email at busier times, if your order still hasn’t been received, please get in touch at hello@redpandadesigns.co.uk and we will be more than happy to assist.

 

  1. Can I specify a different delivery address to my billing address?

During checkout you are able to amend the delivery address to an alternative address, for example your work address or to send a gift directly to a friend.

 

  1. What happens if I am not home when my order is delivered?

If you are not home when Royal Mail try to deliver they will leave a card through your door to advise of the delivery attempt and where the parcel has been taken. You will be able to collect your order from your local sorting office or arrange to have it redelivered. This should be arranged with Royal Mail.

 

  1. What do I do if I need to amend an order?

If you would like to amend your order, you must make your request to us via email to hello@redpandadesigns.co.uk within 24 hours of placing your order. Your amendments are only confirmed once we confirm by email. Requests for amendments made outside of this time will not be accepted. Please be sure to take your time in customising.

 

Returns information

 

For most items on our website, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 7 working days of receiving the goods. If you wish to cancel your order you can notify us by emailing hello@redpandadesigns.co.uk.

You cannot cancel your order if the goods that you have ordered are perishable goods or if the product is personalised or custom made to your requirements.

Please check your order during the order process and the confirmation email carefully as we cannot refund your order for personalised products which have been misspelt or you have had a change of heart.

In regard to returning an item due to being damaged, defective or of an incorrect quantity we must be made aware within 72 hours of delivery. You must return goods within 7 days of receiving, in an unused state complete with packaging and all components, and we will refund you the price you paid for that product including postage and package once the item has been received. Please note that refunds of the purchase price for items bought as gifts can only be given to the original purchaser.

The cost of the return is your responsibility, except if the item is faulty, damaged or incorrect. We cannot be held responsible for packages lost in transit; we recommend sending the package by tracked services.
